Our wedges SAME are made entirely of stainless steel and have been designed from a plate with only two folds, thus avoiding weak points in the piece, making the barrel cellar cleaner and more aseptic. To get the proper adjustment of the wedges SAME to the combos we place some clamping flanges avoiding any type of movement of the barrel.
